The staff team was welcoming, the rooms were tidy and reasonably spacious and equipped with a stunning view, a balcony and crockery.

We booked double room that was complete with a balcony, cooking utensils, magnificient view as advertised.

Their staff were a bit rude.

This hotel is fantastic value for money, especially for a ski location. It's so close to the slopes that you can easily access all the Grand Massif villages, making it ideal for a family ski trip with 2 teenage children. The rooms are well-equipped with kitchen facilities, including a dishwasher, which is a great convenience. And let's not forget the stunning view from the balcony - absolutely breathtaking!

All was great, no improvements needed.

The room was heated and tidy with a sofa bed, a multi-channel TV and a dining area included. The view was good out to the mountain and resort. We were in a magnificent and fantastic location relatively close to Pre Ski Lift. It was also very close to shops, the ski area and shops and the ski slopes.

We have enjoyed the stay, and ak facilities at the hotel very much .

Where stayed at the hotel foe a whole week and we expected that they would clean the flat at least once or twice but they did not. Also they did not put new towles for the whole duration of our stay - which is minimum service.

It was a well laid out clean apartment, that worked very well for us. We did not pay a lot for this apartment so expectations were low, but it was good value for money and ideal for a short skiing break. It had a left luggage and free showers that we could use before we left, after a days skiing. Excellent.

No negatives from this hotel – this was an amazing stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my teenage children. The location couldn't have been better, as it was very close to the slopes. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room had a balcony with a stunning view of the mountains, which added to the overall charm of the hotel. The rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and even had a kitchen with a dishwasher, perfect for our needs. The breakfast options were also great, ensuring a good start to our day on the slopes.

Everything was perfect.

Great location, just a stone's throw from the slopes. The convenience of being able to easily access the ski area made our stay enjoyable. Plus, the parking was cheap which was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any inquiries. Lastly, the morning bakery service was a pleasant surprise, with fresh baguettes and croissants delivered to the reception every day.

The apartments were quite small, typical for the French Alps, and could feel cramped with a larger group. the kitchenette made it challenging to cook meals.

Only coldness. Rooms are good

Very high place and the road is very dangerous to the hotel. No real family activities. No real shopping

Hotel is very close to the pists, supermarket and ski shop/rental in same building, 5-pers apartment good size (but better suited for 4 persons, we were 3 persons in the room )

Reception closed during afternoon, some parts of room looked a little bit worn out.

We really enjoyed the hotel, it was original and nice and had perfect location right by slopes and bars/restaurants and the Grand Massif ski area. Had the double room which was huge with a balcony. Everyone was outstandingly accommodating as well as host.

The room was brand-new and functional with a multi-channel TV, a dining area and a living area.

Central location, nice base for discovering Flaine. Early check-in, extremely polite employees.
